If someone buys from Ant, you say the money goes into Kutt's pocket. However, Fats already purchased his copy from Kutt, so Kutt's already received payment for said copy. Thus, Kutt loses nothing nor gains anything by someone purchasing Fats' copy. And unless Ant bought the copies he has from Kutt (thus already paying him for them) and then turns around and sells them to someone else, and gives that profit to Kutt too, then there's no actual advantage to someone buying from Ant as it pertains to Kutt.
Sure, the purchaser gets the copy for half price, but Kutt doesn't lose a dime either way (again, unless Ant's going to give Kutt two payments for the same unit). Now if Fats had downloaded the music, and made a bootleg copy and tried to pass it off to someone else for $20, then yeah sure, Kutt's not seeing any money from that sale (since Fats payed him nothing for that "copy").
