They got 1 CD out. They all latin vicelords from Hammond. Aint really feelin the CD all that much. Al Kolean tight though. As far as the next to blow out of Indiana, I dont really feel that statement. My homies Mike Lott, U.K. (Capone, Knightmare, Cassanova), P.U.G.G., and Lady Lexus are doing sum things. Problem is the rappers you hear live the actual life. There are no Ja Rule's or Master P's riding in Jags. Noone has made it out this mutha fucka yet, but the funny thing is, the demand of our music is high due to the cities pitiful reputation. A lot of people have attempted to put out Gary compilations with lil success. Reason being they focus on their labels artists or have one producer produce the whole CD. Popeye, Los, and Lex, I feel are the top producers in the city and possibly the Midwest. Another problem is a lot of cats aint gonna fuck with you. Westside Glenpark cats aint gonna go plugg with cats from DHB East Side Tre-5, it wont happen. So until this city gets unity we aint gonna blow. Another reason if you wanna be a rapper focus on that forget the street shit. Original Menace has 9 original members now there are 3, why? Cuz half of em were killed the other half is in jail. For anyone to make it focus on one thing, try not to get caught up. So thats where we stand in this rap game. Gatekeepers was cool, but we gone do sumthing better.
As far as my shit look for a Nicc Saccs and Ca$h CD. Also a possible Capone, Knightmare, Nicc Saccs, Cassanova, and Ca$h CD. There are a lot of hood cats gettin in the studio right now, so this underground shit aint gone die. A lot of these fools tryin to impress the industry, but we staying independent. I personally think Mike Lott is tighter than Jilla. He got a real laid back flow, good metaphors and is just gangsta. (In this world I come from, its death, guns, drugs, and pregnant bitches, worthless killaz, in Gary, niggaz aint born with feelins, can I pray for this life I'm livin) Thats the Gary anthem right there look for it on the CD. This compilation has taken me time, and time is a vaulable thing. You'll hear what I'm talkin bout when it drops.
