My wife wants to get a couple of guinea pigs, and I'm cool with it. I just know that they are very delicate animals because I used to have some when I was really young and they would always die. I guess I am most concerned about the room temperature because the book says to keep the temperature between 64-74 degrees, but here in Southern California it gets hot as hell in our apartment and when I blast the air conditioner at 72 degrees, I'm lucky to get the apartment lower that 85 degrees. I don't know if that's too hot for them. I also don't want to leave the air conditioner running all day because that gets expensive. Any information would be appreciated.

guinea pigs suck, they usually are evil and dont like to be held, might as well get a bunny, or be a sav and find a ferrett.....

fuck that shit, get a fish. They cheap, won't die on you, and if you get a beta fish they need just a small ass tank and food like twice a week to live. Plus, you don't have to clean up their shit or change any shit out. Just put the mothafucka in a cup, dump his old water out, put new water in and you're gold

Yeah my brother had all kinds of fuckin rodents in the house. These little mother fuckers would eat through your carpet and lay droppings everywhere. Better keep them in your site otherwise they'll go on a carpet and shitting spree.

In Peru they are consider lunch or dinner.

Bon appetit.

Because our apartment complex does not allow residents to have dogs.

Personally, I want to get a skunk with the stink gland removed. I'd love to walk that thing down a crowded city street and just watch people's reactions.
yeah I always thought a skunk would be tight... CA got some bitchmade laws though.. Can't get shit... If it was all good, I'd get a Siberian Lynx..

One of these? Seriously, that bitch looks happy as fuck with her pussy.

But on the reals, I joke sometimes but I'm hella serious...I wanna own some penguins.

Just have a freezing ass room in the pad or buy those south american ones that don't need cold, and just have a crew of penguins. They chill so tough upright, poised like cholos at a quincenera!

Seriously though, just have a snow themed party, where everyone wears white and have a room with penguins chilling. That's my dream, folks...link me up with some emperors.

i had a few guinea pigs as well as a few rabbits growing up,

i can easily say guinea pigs were a better, less messy, and more interesting pet to have. they are smarter and don't act as bitchy as rabbits when they dont get their way.

thats not too hot for them, just keep them in a cooler, dark place when it gets that hot
