The problem with that is Lockerz probably doesn't want to continuously give out the prizes. They'd have to have a much larger stock. The way they do it now, they only have to have a certain amount of each prize and after that they don't have to worry about giving away more free shit. They will end up losing money if they have "Anytime Redemption" because they will have to keep buying new inventory to give away for free, which will end up putting them in the hole.

I'd recommend that they don't even announce the date which they are going to restock;you should just check if things are in stock so the people who want to redeem their pointz actually have to be on the lookout for the items.
