Hydroxycuts alright, it was a lot more effective when it still contained ephedra though - just cause one guy with a bad heart had to much and excercised like a freak and died doesn't mean they have to fuck it up for the rest of us. I remember reading a few journal papers which outlined the negative effects of Chromium picolinate - I can't remember exactly what it was, but I remember thinking it was nasty and I've never touched it since then.
I work out 2-3 times per week, go bike riding and go for a lot of walks. I don't run very often because of the impact it has on the ankles and knees - when I do run it's on a soft surface like an oval or at the beach. I eat healthy and don't drink or take any drugs, and i calorie count too - losing weight and staying cut isn't about eating less, it's just about balancing your books (more calories expended than consumed).
