anyone here , shit im tryin to get back inshape and maybe play football in JC but damn its hard not goin out on friday or saturday and gettin drunk, eattin shitty food, stayin up all night.

I dont give a fuck about sports but i run 3.25 miles 4 days a week and weight train 3 days a week. i havent drank in 2 weeks so i feel my stamina gettin better but before then i was drinkin fri sat sun for about 10 years. im gonna see how long i can stay sober.

^^^im right at that stage where im drinkin friday/saturday for the past few months...every now and then i'll miss a weekend of drinking or i wont get shitfaced but it gets harder and harder cuz everything my friends and i do involves drinking and im surrounded by people who do a lot more than that, lol. but yeah, im overweight and would like to lose weight but taking weight off has always been hard for me. so i try to walk about 4 miles a day, and then eat good and maybe a run another 4-6 a week and mix in some basketball. i just need to stay consistent and maybe not drink 20-30 beers every weekend and eat crap late at night.

yeah, I lift weights and run everyday. and I eat healthy except 1 day a week. I have't gotten drunk in like a month either

I work out pretty hard at the gym at least 3 times a week and usually 4 and I mountain Bike on the weekends, I'm in the Navy reserves so I gotta stay in good shape to do well on their physical fitness tests. I don't really drink much anymore but I don't eat as well as I should, I try though. I find doing this kind of stuff more fun than drinking and smoking dank and shit nowadays, that shit got old to me.

since january 1st ive been going to the gym 4 or 5 times a week and running 3 times a week...eating much more healthy than i ever have in my life...

i play basketball everyday....on days i dont i try to run. need some kind of physical activity everyday or i get all ancy and shit.

i go to the gym 3 days a week dependin on the routine im following , tuesdays n thursdays i do agility work , i also have a big tractor tire and flip it like they do in strong man but it aint as heavey i do it mostly for dynamic work ,i get alot of weird looks at the park .....

damn i used to play basketball every fuckin day too, then i got a job with crazy ass hours where i worked 12 hours a day an stopped playing...i had to of gained about 8 pounds during that job.......then i started to work at tha mall recently an prolly gained jus as much cuz i got a korean boss who hooks it up with tha large size chow mein, an i got a Cindys bakery at the other end so im starting to fit into my fuckin 4x tall tees...damn...

haha, I know what u mean man, that chow mein with that barbecue chicken is the best food in the world.

Im going to get a job at the regal. But as for exercise, Im slightly overweight, I lift and do pushups, but I dont do aerobic. I gotta start that shit if I wanna play basketball next year, but its hard.

shit work at UPS u gettin a 4 hr workout 5 dayz a week...but i do weight liftin like 4 dayz a week 2, no runnin cuz i smoke like a pack a day and i got the lung capacity of a 5 yr old...lol..i should be ripped but i eat hella fast food so i stay kinda flabby on top muscle underneath

Everytime I start workin out i'll do good for about a week and a half then I stop, then I start again a couple of weeks later etc.....
I haven't been drinkin much anymore prolly 2wice in the past month
but my gurl is always studying and i'm watchin the little one so we always be eatin junky maan. She's supposed to start a new diet so hopefully I can begin sumtn as well

I tell you what mane. I just got back to working out a month ago. I haven't felt this good in a while. I don't feel fatigue when i go to work anymore. I eat much better. And i'm also mentally in the right state of mind. It feels great! I work out for approximately 45-60 mins 4-5 days per week. There was a time in my life when all i did was drink 3-4 days a week. Went to sleep late, wake up feelin' fatigued. Go to work tired as fuck! drank coffee which didnt even make a damn difference! When you are older, your health is all you have to stay alive.
