^^^im right at that stage where im drinkin friday/saturday for the past few months...every now and then i'll miss a weekend of drinking or i wont get shitfaced but it gets harder and harder cuz everything my friends and i do involves drinking and im surrounded by people who do a lot more than that, lol. but yeah, im overweight and would like to lose weight but taking weight off has always been hard for me. so i try to walk about 4 miles a day, and then eat good and maybe a run another 4-6 a week and mix in some basketball. i just need to stay consistent and maybe not drink 20-30 beers every weekend and eat crap late at night.
