GET A BOWFLEX. Resistant weights is way better than free weights. It works better and is safer on your joints as well. I have free weights and try to work out, I even put a bench in my room hoping that it would motivate me to work out but bahhhh. Too Lazy. Take some weight gainer if ya tryna bulk up, it also provides you with energy to help finish your work out

Push ups with your index fingers, thumbs touching forming a diamond are real good for your chest and Biceps. Curls for your stomach are good. Nip ups for your calfs and they also work on your speed and cordination. Also running helps your endurance.
