Anybody hear that new DJ Quik feat Amg?

The name of the song is "Can U Work Wit That" Laffy Taffy shit like Smurf said. I, as a big fan of Quik's music, would not like to hear anything like this any more from him. Beat is ok, but no more laffy taffy or bitting southern style. Keep it Compton.

So, your logic is that because someone from the west coast produced it, it is automatically a west coast beat? Regardless of how it sounds?
And, on top of all that - criticizing the new Quik song because it "sounds" like laffy taffy is not acceptable critcism because laffy taffy is technically west coast?

Now I'm gonna have to get into some ego-posturing bullshit spanning millions of pages, with you trying to show how smart you are and me trying to maintain my e-dignity, huh? Now by using the word technically I'm just saying that DJ Pooh is a westcoast producer, that makes west coast beats, so even though he made laffy taffy for a southern group, technically it's a west coast beat (even though it's not a G-funk beat). The reason I am using that line of arguement cuz people on here are saying he is biting the south, and not keeping it Compton (West Coast), and so on. But G-funk is not the only sound we have out here, so technically Quik is keeping it west, just not the traditional funk inspired Quik.

Oh man! that was horrible...I never , ever, ever, ever...woulda thought I would even think something like that ...even for a split second, about a Quik track! Sounds like he's trying to be "Radio" on purpose. It aint workin. He just needs to do him...and he'll get that. Look at Fandango! Nigga still dope though!
