and what the phukk??!!! the victim was in the wrong place at the wrong time , I HATE WHEN THEY SAY THAT SHIT!!! makes it sound like it was the victims fault for being there and not dippin or weavin

also one more point: i hate when theres an altercation at a club they throw both parties to the streets to continue it outside so people can get shot up over a spilled drink or an accidental look over to a certain fella's general direction yet its always personal, they need to have a built in jail like they do at the sports events , for rowdy patrons well not a jail but a holding cell so they stay put and can cool down and then one leaves before the other and not together that would solve alot of the senseless shit

Those are pretty low rates by national standards, be thankful it's not double, triple or quadruple that in Sacramento.

PS Couldn't agree more with Norcal916, the dad from Boyz N The Hood preached that exact same thing in the movie and I've always remembered that.

juss to update everyone they did arrest the suspect he was at a drug diversion class when he was arrested seen it on the news last night so there will be justice fa this fam
