I'm from Antioch and I don't even listen to Antioch rappers a lot

It's all Norte rap and I'm not really into that shit personally

Woodie was an ok rapper... he had some cool songs

I used to lightweight bump Northenr Expozure Vol. 1 back in the day... and I used to bump that album he put out with A-Wax... oh yeah Big Tone is ok too...

that's about it though

It would be good to see the little city of Antioch poppin' again and having a schedule of regular releases hitting the Street.

Since Ryan "WOODIE" Wood passed away (rest in peace), the shine has honestly went away. Even though I personally have released 2 cds since his passing, no one else from the area has dropped. Hopefully that will change in late 2008 and all of 2009.

Big Tone should have a CD coming out something this year, along with the Sav It Out DVD, XO Creep should have Selacus Necator(sp?) dropping sooner or later this year, I think Lou-e-Lou and others from east coco are kinda in musical pergatory right not waiting to see what happens, Marco Villa had a CD come out earlier this year thats available @ Rock Bottom to my knowledge, http://www.myspace.com/marcovilla925 there are a couple other things down the pipeline too...

my nigga SIDEWAYS from the yoc, and is a certified MONSTER on the beat's & spits. I believe he working on a new album right now. MARTII BACARADII aka MARDOE, just dropped a new album last year that was fire. The yoc got some fire in it...sideways is not to be slept on.
