Another: "Face Paint/Red Hair" thread...

Its a shame people can't just listen to the music but thats life. Image is everything and techs image goes against the norm of todays society. So right now he's paving is own path to fame which takes more time. The industry won't fuck wit him because they don't need to. Their in it for money and can find plenty other artist to fit the image that they know sells. Once Tech proves he can generate a big enough profit his own way then he'll start seein the love.
ive been to 7 of his shows and haven't seen him with his hair spiked.. i dont think hes been really all that into it since 2004? im not sure. But ever since 2005-now.. i havent really seen him with his hair spiked.. though in his new music he raps about it. All in all.. hes a fucking star.. And that face paint and red spiked hair just adds to it.
Its not that I suggested Tech go buy grillz and start wearing new era hats. shit. let me underline my bottom line...
TECH N9NE WOULD NOT GET PASSED OVER BASED JUST OFF HIS IMAGE ALONE IF HE DID NOT PAINT HIS FACE AND SPIKE HIS HAIR.
Oh yeah, Tech already said he isnt dying his hair anymore in an older thread. The shit starts making your hair fall out.
What Im saying is kick it with the cornrows and dont paint your face until you have your foot in the door to the wide general audience that will end up making you platinum. Even then, if you bring it back for ISMS and people think you went crazy, they'll at least give the shit a listen before they just disregard your music because of your image. Feel me?
Ya'll act like Tech is going to blow up like crazy in the limelight with voodoo paint on his face. You seriously think he is "paving the road to stardom" where after Everready drops you roll down your block and the dope boyz are on the corner slangin with voodoo paint on their faces? Come on now.
