If you were exchanging it in store, you might get away with a battery sometimes, but you really have to play dumb to see if they dont ask for it. Most of the time they want to power on the device and see whats wrong. Sometimes I'll let a homie slide with a battery or earphones that come with the device but its rare.

fucking love my incredible, battery does drain quick tho, is there a way to adjust the color settings? when i look at pitcures and shit they seem "too red" i guess, just wondering....
