hope my simple mobile service doesnt become capped or throttled even tho technically it did had some kind of cap - its tough to hit and u'd have to be testing their TOS to hit it.

my only real concern is the battery life... but I said fuck, I work in an office istting at a desk so I can charge my phone all day if I need to, and I also keep a charger in my car

I'll probably buy an extended battery or extra battery

don't the extended batteries make the phone extra big and bulky? do they last a lot longer?

i have both the seidio and vzw oem extended batteries lol. they'll last twice as long as the standard battery. and yes, the extended batteries are bulkier, but not outrageous. they can still fit in a cell phone pouch.

Recently helped my dad setup his droid x and it was a reminder why I sold my old droid x and switched to iphone 4. 1 day in and it was freezing on him just like my old droid x and droid 2 were doing. IOS shits on android as far as reliability and smoothness. My droid x was locking up and choppy. The gain of a smooth, solid, reliable operating system and loss of customization is a no brainer. Not to mention how much more polished apps and games are on the iphone and the high res retina on the iphone is so sick. iOS > android.

got my sprint update finally, fuck 2 year contracts but its the way to save money on phones your going to need anyways....


so all you android heads, to a new android customer....HTC Evo, Evo Shift or Samsung Epic...

the Epic. i chose it over the other 2, and i am very happy with it and impressed...

shitty, but I've been using it all the time... can't put it down

hasn't bothered me too much though, because I've always been able to charge it... I work in an office, have an outlet under my desk, or can plug the USB charger in my work pc... also keep a charger in my car

well my girl has had both evo and evo shift and i have the EPIC.. the battery on the epic is like 2x longer than the evo, the screen is alot better looking and the keyboard is alot bigger than the shift one.

she had the evo then went to shift and hated it so went back to evo. she has too much pride to admit the epic is better and give the stisfaction of her being wrong haha
