Andre has always done his own style of music. That's why he has had the success he has had. I agree the beats could be better, Nick Peace has developed into a tight producer now. I feel Dre should go with some LaidBlack beats. Andre's crowd is in between the gangsta rap and underground Hip Hop. When your an artist, you make the decision on the music. What is talent, by the way- its rhyming over a beat- skillfully- that's what Andre does. His lyrics are like no other. He made his mark as Dre Dog, but keeps his music alive through Andre Nickatina. This new ad/album should take him to the next level. XXL - it will take more than some ads placed for them to recognize the Bay and Sac. XXL is no different from the industry as a whole. They go by popularity and politics. Thats why we have other mags like Xplosive and Murder Dog- to give these talented artists they're props. King Nicky is on his way up!

That track HELLS KITCHEN was dope as fuck!!!! True he does pick some shitty beats. the HELLS KITCHEN was not that great but the self title track was dope. I think Andre Nickatina is the most over looked rapper out there. I mean people acklowledge lynch hung and X-Raided and its like Andre Nickatina has some tight shit but he is not talked about that much. I think he deserves his own board on the siccness.
