3. THERE IS NOT A BETTER TIME TO RELEASE HIS STUFF. THERE HOLDING IT FOR MONEY....BUT, WHOEVER HAS HIS SHIT BETTER RELEASE IT SOON, BEFORE THE BUZZ WEARS OFF. OF COURSE THE FANS WHO BEEN DOWN (I WENT TO HIS CONCERT IN 1991) WILL BUY HIS NEW STUFF NO MATTER WHEN IT DROPS, BUT THE "NEWBIES" AND "HYPHY KIDS" WILL BE ON TO THE NEXT BIG THING BEFORE TO LONG....
