OK..I WAS DRUNK IN PUBLIC..IVE ALREADY STATED THAT IM NOT ENTIRELY TRIPPIN OFF THAT(EVEN THO THE COPS ARE STILL BITCHES FOR ACTUALLY ARRESTING US ON IT)..

I MEAN...THEY JUST AS EASILY COULD HAVE CITED US ON THE SPOT AND LET US GO..OR TOOK US DOWNTOWN CITED US AND RELEASED US.....ITS HAPPENED B4 MANY OF TIMES(IN GENERAL)..CUZ MIND YOU THEY DIDNT GIVE US ANY FORM OF SOBRIETY TEST..(MY HOMIE EVEN REQUESTED ONE).BUT THE FACT THAT THEY ACTUALLY TOOK US IN..AND MADE US STAY IS WHAT GOT ME SO HEATED...HEY EVEN TRICKED ME INTO SIGNING SOME FAULTY FORM ..BUT I DONT HAVE THE TIME OR DESIRE TO DWELL DEEP INTO THAT.. NOW I GOTTA GO TO COURT ON SOME SHIT AND PROLLY PAY SOME SCRATCH..DO SOME COMMUNITY SERVICE...FOR WHAT? BEING DRUNK DOWNTOWN?..SOME OF YALL MIGHT THINK ITS COOL TO GET ARRESTED BUT I DONT..THAT MEANS I WAS SLIPPIN...AND WHEN I GET ARRESTED FOR NOT SLIPPIN..IM GONNA BE UPSET

THE THING IS,ITS YOU AND WHOEVER YOU WERE WITHS WORD AGAINST THE OFFICERS. YOU CAN SAY YOU WERENT INVOLVED.....YOU CAN SAY YOU WERE TRYIN TO BRAKE IT UP. BUT THEY WILL MOST LIKELY BELIEVE THE OFFICERS WORD OVER YOURS.

you might not of done anything but look at it as the cops saw it, they see a group of people fighting and they see your group as the aggressors (yes, I know I wasn't there and I'm giving a damn "what if" since no one knows what they saw) and they notice you guys tryin' to leave or what have you. would you not think "hey these guys must have something to hide" and the reasons they did things is BEYOND me. and you can't be tricked into signing something too easily (atleast not where I come from) that's not their fault if you don't read what you're signing, that's on you... but you weren't "arrested" and you were detained for a period of time, which has been going on for YEARS, but I don't get why you'd have to go to court, probably has to do with the paperwork you signed. If someone's arrested for DUI up here it's automatically a night stay in the county. I'd probably re-think your actions and reactions to things, did any of your friends start runnin' off at the mouth and getting an attitude (like you seem to have) and cause the police to detain you guys? I've heard lots of stories like yours where nothing was done other then someone getting an attitude, which escalades to further shit that could of been avoided....
