A name is just a name, be it prisontown or prisonisland. This sounds like a premise for a movie, not the best movie, but something along those lines.

I propose we get a 3 strikes kind of deal. In which anyone can do ANY 3 offences with no repercussions. After the 3rd then they'd be charged but only for the 4th, the first 3 are freebies. I'd kidnap WhiteDevil, Fatten Him up, and skin him for his skin. After that I should have all my kinks out of my system.

once every month we could send them large ship ments of guns with the clips welded shut so they only had the bullets in the gun, the alpha males would kill and get as many guns as they could and clans with guns and those without would form so there would be a slave/overmaster system going on.

this is like that George Carlin standup... Y'all ever seen it, he talks about putting a huge fence around the square states in the southwest & put all the criminals in it, than once a year, as a pay per view event open the gates for 15 minutes and see the choas as fools try to escape, iShhh is clownin'

on a real note, how can one be 'rehabilitated' if they have never initally been habilitated into society in the first place... which is one of the mryiad of reasons our prison system is f'd up...
