and I also Have my Brothers guitar Rig over at my place. he has really nice Tube Amp Head(Super Clean Warm Analog Sound.
He also has a really nice Korg Effects pedal. 1 Fender Bass Guitar w/15" AMP, 1 Ibanez Guitar, 1 Anatares Guitar, and 1 12 string acoustic.
I also have a Drum Kit stashed away righ now cuz I have no room left. LOL Pearl 5 piece Export Series, w/Double bass Pedal. Ziljdian Cymbals, and a nice China Cymbal.
and of course a power conditioner.
Also a set of Sony MDR series headphones.
I have alot of acoustical Foam on the walls around my setup.
