is there any benefits to HGH or test for someone lookin to gain 20+ lbs muscle mass, but has trouble putting on weight? consider the fact the person is diabetic and has already gone from over 350lbs nearly solid fat lol down to about 125 skin and bones

is there any negative side effects that could be fatal?

You should be on the chizzled thread in the open forum. Only a couple people use there. Or go to an actual anabolic forum.
To keep it simple, HGH is expensive, you need to use for a long time, and isn't considered a mass gainer. You are better off spening your money on other supps if you are just trying to put on muscle. Testosterone is always a good base. I wouldn't do anything without test, unless I was bridging between test cycles.

Negative side effects that could be fatal?
Liver failure. If you eat a shit load of orals for a long time and don't take care of yourself.
Dehydration if you get on Diuretics, which I seriously doubt you would do unless you are stepping on stage or making weight for a fight. Insulin can kill you too.

Test and HGH are fairly safe.
Realistically there are no long term studies on HGH so no one really knows. All the short term effects have been great though. It depends on how much HGH you use though. Too much of anything can be bad. Too much growth will cause your organs to grow, which is bad. I keep it at 2-3iu a day. Pro's do about 10-15iu a day.

It really depends on the amount. You should probably start by eating more though.

No you inject it sub-q.

They do have some new oral HGH spray. I wouldn't waste time on it though.

Pure HGH cant be suspended for more than several days once diluted with BAC water, being refrigerated. At room temp it would probably break down and be useless within 24 hours. How they got it to break those laws of chemistry, I have no clue. Don't mess with the spray stuff...

Overeem breaks silence, confident he will fight JDS

The controversial top heavyweight contender, Alistair Overeem has broken his silence. Speaking with Spike TV’s ‘MMA Uncensored Live,’ The Reem refused to speak directly on the topic of his recent positive testing for elevated levels of testosterone, yet was very adamant that he will in fact compete and defeat current heavyweight champion Junior dos Santos on May 26.

“I am bigger, I am stronger, I am better in the stand-up and I’m better on the ground. So for me, I don’t think about what he is going to do to me. I think about what I am going to do to him and I am only thinking about what I am going to do to him. I am going to be ready wherever the fight takes me. I do prefer to strike, I do prefer a knockout over a submission win but I’m going to be ready for anything.”

Confidence in his abilities may be an understatement, as the K-1 Grand Prix winner continued to boast on his plans for the UFC 146 featured fight in question.

“You know I’m strong, I’m fast, I feel good. I’m going to get this guy, I’m going to beat him. Nothing scares me about Junior dos Santos. Everything he’s doing, I’ve seen it before. I’m not worried about it, I’ve experienced it all. There’s no fear, there’s only two things – trained and untrained and when I step into the octagon on May 26 I’m going to be trained."

Though Overeem may sound audaciously confident , the former Strikeforce champ has not been verified to be in or out of the fight. Though the UFC has filed a license for ‘The Reem,’ the final decision as UFC president Dana White has put it, ‘will be in the Nevada Athletic Commissions hands‘.

sounds like he's about to get a 9 month suspension from the failed test date. The hearing was a circus.

edit-
Yep, 9 month suspension. If they do the usual year-end event it would be 12/29 and Reem will be eligible to fight again, so he can still fight this year.

yep and apparently it's right in time for a UFC's huge vegas fight at the end of the year. expect him to be on the card.
