......to be in my own fuckin' house. No landlord, no paying some other asshole's mortgage...nobody but my chick, my kid, and myself.

Only thing that sucks is the damn near daily visits I get from various workers. Electricians, cement folks, window installers, plumbers, etc. etc. Can't wait 'til all this shit is done so I can fuckin' RELAX!

Life is good....time to pop a bottle of vino.

Congrats on having a big year pimp! Gotta love the feeling when your realtor hands you the keys.

Me personally Im thinking of downsizing. 5 Bedrooms is a little too much for me but since my mortgage is low imma rough out this economic landslide and wait til the market gets better. Shitty that the avagerage home is selling for $150 in my neighborhood when I had my house appraised at $420k just 3 yrs ago.

Hell yea it feels good. I'm only sittin' on this thing 'til the market goes back up. This condo sold for $480K 5 years ago, and I got the shit for under $200K. So hopefully it will go up in the next couple years to around that, then we can upgrade.

I love owning. I made the sink in my garage my personal urinal, that way when Im chief'n or doing laundry I can drain the vein and keep going. My step-son tried to copy me, but ended up peeing on his balls and clothes, hahaha. "Thats my sink foo!"

The only down side is having renters around you that dont care about what their place looks like.
