Do a lot of running exercises. If you want to get into SHAPE, start conditioning. Fuck lifting weights. Walk, Jog, Run, Pushups and Situps is all you need. Once you feel like you can move to the next level, start getting into some serious weight training so you can look like Brock Lesnar.

I guarantee it's because of your diet. Eat well AND exercise, because one without the other isn't gonna cut it...

@ Portuguese Godfather.....Just start off slow mane.... and stick with it. Most people quit after a short time because they don't see the results fast enough and fall off. It isn't going to happen overnight so stick through it, it is going to be hard but if you have the discipline and dedication you'll achieve what you want.

Continue to push yourself and have Patience...Eating well is a MUST...do little things like taking the stairs instead of the elevator at work...if you hate running, try playing a pick up BBall game or something...anything to get your heart pumping and where you can get a good sweat..

Air Force boot camp is easy dog, I was in your shoes at one point and I started running weeks before I had to go to to bootcamp. They say if you fail your fitness test during the 4th week before warrior week that you would be recycled, meaning you'll end up in camp for an extra 2 or 3 weeks....it's bullshit, some fat fuck couldn't run 2 miles, took him like 30 min and he still graduated bootcamp. It's not that serious. You'll have fun during warrior week!

I am trying to get in shape for BMT.... and I just did2 minute interval situps and was only able to do 50 in that time frame... Pushups I was only able to do 30 in that period!!!!! fuck any suggestions on how to get in better shape
fuck all other advice, here is the real deal, for one, make sure to get good sleep, that helps, next, this will sound weird but... eat something every 2 hours, something small, instead of meals, this will jumpstart your metabolism, but dont eat too close to bed time, cause your body doesnt like to produce carbs while you sleep, anyways, before you get any food when you wake up, go run, if your as out of shape as you sound, you should start with 1/4 of a mile, which is 3-4 straight blocks roughly, this will get rid of any extra carbs your body didnt process while you slept, try to eat the daily recommended fruits and vegetables and what not, avoid anything deep fried, and sometimes sub out one of your 2 hour eating times for a protein shake. stay on this for a week, then have a fast food burger, this will shock your body, and help you for the week until you get another one, now if you feel up to it, go an extra block when you run, keep doing this until you can pretty easily do a half mile, and then start running twice a day. my friend did this exact set up, and lost like 50 pounds in 3 months, and now, 6 months later is able to run 7 miles like nothing

in terms of for workouts, to just start out, id get some dumb bells, do as many as you can on both arms, but make sure the number is the same for both arms, dont wanna make one bigger than the other, so where was i, do whatever weight your dumbells are (i use 20's) as many times as you can, then wait 30 seconds and do it again, then wait 30 seconds and do it again, keep doing this until you can only do around 5 on each arm. now, go do as many pushups as you can, roll over, do as many situps as you can, roll over do as many pushups as you can, so on and so forth until you can only do around five of these. this takes around 10-15 minutes, but youll be very out of breath i bet, so go and rest a little after that, but do that routine 2 times a day if possible, one this starts getting to be less of a hastle, like it gets fairly easy (prolly in a few weeks) let me know and ill give you harder routines where you can start working on other muscles.

thats not all true thatguy.. because for one not everyone has the same body type.. theres endomorph, ectomorph and mesomorph. Endo = you were born chubby/fat always have been.. ecto = you were born skinny and can eat all the shit you want and still dont gain any weight.. and mesomorph = you kinda already had a 6 pack or build muscle real easy. Thats why not everyone follows the same diet because you have to adjust to it when you notice what works and what doesnt.
