hands down. i would take him over lt lj gore or alexander any day. and hes just a rookie. wait til he actually has a year or two and a good team under his belt. wow.
this year he's the best obviously but he aint the best in the NFL yet. he has alot to prove even though he's goin bananas this year lol. if i had to chose i would pick him over LT only cuz of age but i still think he wont have a better career than LT wil but thats my opinion

TSSSSSSSSSS HAAAAAAAAA WONDER WHY THIS WASN'T BIG NEWS ON ESPN REALLY AIN'T GETTIN NO COVEREAGE WHEN JAMAL LEWIS BROKE THE RECORD YOU HEARD ABOUT IT ALL DAY

SHIT I'M GLAD THE CARDINALS DIDN'T GET HIM AND I BET HIS GONNA GET 2000 YARDS THIS SEASON
because espn never gives any love to the vikings, not since 1998. They do something good and they get mentioned but never in detail, i guess its just part of being a small market team, but AD is gonna is change all that cause he will lead us to a championship sooner rather than later

bought myself a muthafuckin AD autographed card off eBay before the season started for $18, now the same fuckin card's goin for $300, lol

he has a legitimate chance at breaking the single-season rushing record Dickerson set

and he's a fuckin rookie... lmao

he stays healthy the sky's the limit for his career

and don't overlook Sidney Rice either, another star in the making... if they had a decent quarterback we'd be talking about an elite team right now... still, we'll see what happens

Ya he put up 47 in my team dude is a beast.

And the only reason the Patriots are good is cuz of a NFL conspiracy after 9/11 to find "a new americas team". Oh and the fact that you guys cheated! hahaha I love it!

LT isnt that great this year all of a sudden. barry sanders never had that problem. walter payton never had that problem. thats the thing with guys like them. they played on weak teams where the defense KNEW it was coming but couldnt stop it anyways. LT has been getting stopped quite often lately.
i see what youre sayin though. he has a lot to prove still. such as durability and consistency but so far its not lookin good for the rest of the league.

In 1983, Barry played in every game, and on 243 attempts made 1115 yds, for 4.6 yds per attempt and 3 TD's.

In 1981, Walter played every game, and on 339 attempts made 1222 yds, for 3.6 yds per carry and 6 TD's.

This year is halfway done, LT's played 8 games and on 155 carries has 657 yds, for 4.2 yds per carry and 7 TD's.

I picked their worst year where they played every game. I don't see how you can say those guys never had "that problem" aka "an off year".

And, just to stay on topic, AP is a fucking beast. I'm still not sure who got their asses beat worse, Denver or us. Yeah, the score of their game was humiliating, but we got ran on something horrible. Our defense got embarrassed. I hope they shut their mouths and figure that shit out. Next week ain't gonna be easy.

I have AP in 2 keeper leagues. I'm sure these 6 teams are kicking themselves in the ass except maybe redskins with portis but AP is way better and LaRon Landry has not been anything special yet.
2007 - Round 1
Sel # Player Position School Team
1 JaMarcus Russell QB Louisiana State Oakland Raiders
2 Calvin Johnson WR Georgia Tech Detroit Lions
3 Joe Thomas OT Wisconsin Cleveland Browns
4 Gaines Adams DE Clemson Tampa Bay Buccaneers
5 Levi Brown OT Penn State Arizona Cardinals
6 LaRon Landry SS Louisiana State Washington Redskins
7 Adrian Peterson RB Oklahoma Minnesota Vikings

Its too early to say who's kicking themselves but so far the guy is a game changer...wish he would have done that against Dallas though.

BARRY ONLY PLAYED 11 GAMES IN 93. youre right about walter though. he had an off year. my bad. but still. LT isnt a one man gang like barry was. hes had 2 stellar games this year with one pretty good one and the rest were beyond mediocre. especially for lt. i dont know how much that has to do with the new offensive scheme.

yeah but ppl have bad years regardless if barry didnt or walter but remember he lost alot of his coaches and my guess is that could be draining on a team cause alot of em arent playin as good as usual. all i'm tryin to say is if u think AP is better off one year then LT has been his whole career then u need to get ur head checked
