Open it up, but they do take a weird kind of driver (not the typical screw driver). I found one at sears for like $5 once (cause they wanted like $20 for one in other places), or slide through the mall tomorrow and ask them to let you borrow one at them center spots where they sell replacable shells for cellys.
Get yourse;f some conpressed air (like the ones used to clean computers). A blow drier is not good Homie, trust me. The point is to get as much water out, not let it dry in there. Once you do that, get some Q-tips and alcohol and clean up the inside of your celly. Once you do that, let it dry on it's own (it'll evaporate as your doing it), so don't trip.
