(all this aside: hus received the minimum for his charge, that could be based on a number of things, such as bieng a first time offender..if you have a good lawyer, then you catch breaks like that.)
besides. maybe the judge thought he was gorgeous and beautiful.....and wanted to go zestways with him..

In the meantime, the grand jury indicted me, and I was snatched up by the task force in Pittsburg.
"I didn't have no criminal record. I'd been to juvenile hall, but this was my first time going to jail and I'm looking at 10 years."
Bailed out again, Hus would spend another three years fighting the case in court before eventually agreeing to plead guilty to possession and intent in exchange for the feds dropping the weightier conspiracy charge. Sentencing him to 53 months in February, the judge granted Husalah a six-month stay to get his musical affairs in order before entering the Federal Correctional Institute in Sheridan, Ore.--- _sidenotes_ How did he post bail when he was 1st caught in chicago witout being indicted ?Bail means you are charged with a crime & you are putting up $ to get out until court. Dont show,bail revoked & ya warrant becomes a no-bail warrant.Why was he allowed to return to california on bail? Why did task force arrest him if he didn`t take flight to avoid prosecution?If he was set up & he was snitched on & accused of being the boss why they drop the conspiracy charge? Why didnt the snitch testify on him & wash him witt tha 10 yr. maditory minimum?What makes huslah so special? 13 whole 1`s? 3 yrs. 10 mths.? FED? STOP SNITCHIN
