The truth is Wax never really did shows out here or anywhere else. Its just not really his steez just like Woodie never really did and alot of other artists dont. We did do Kansas back in October of '05 but that was it. Since I have been Wax's manager we haven't performed anywhere else and that is since 2004. However Wax has made several appearances at shows and events all over.

b-12 when is the next A-WAX Live show/event in the bay area/california/westcoast?Is a-wax doin any shows in Georgia and is he doin verses 4sale currently in Georgia?

Good lookin out! Lookin foward to hear your camps new music in 2008!
Sincere, right on for the questions....we dont plan out the shows obviously if someone wanted to book him we would look at the options but mainly these last few years we have been focusing on networking and securing a major deal so we haven't had alot of time or need for shows. As for Georgia we spend alot of time out there because we got homiez out there but the music ain't really for sale there. Again, instead of focusing on our indi distro and promotions right now we have been locking in our relationships at major labels, with producers, DJs etc.

We will keep everyone posted. Big announcement coming soon!

Peace.

wax is the truth on the mic.....just wish he stopped putting out albums with a few recycled songs, and concentrated on putting out a 10-12 song album with nothing but exclusives.........i can only hear gatez, and lift it so many times.....besides Wax coming correct on the mic, i would say his ear for production is what makes him a stand out rapper as well......feeling sorry is the cut, heaven sent is the cut, etc etc cuz wax comes tight, but the beat is sick as well........as long as wax stays on them tight beats, dude could get far, cuz hes ill on the mic

You said how many non hyphy rappers do shows period.. you didnt say do ALOT of shows.. everybody can get booked for shows if you got a lil fanbase.. look at people like the mobfigaz, blegit, yuk, quinn they do shows out here all the time.. and even smaller rappers like eddie projex, j stalin etc.. Its even siccness rappers that be doing shows.. you dont have to be a local star to rock shows..

The thing is a-wax didnt do shows before the beef but then all the sudden he is suppost to do them after the beef? Why?

The only shows really are the super Hyphy shows.

Some of the mob figaz do shows but not all of them. How many B-legit concerts hasthere been? He's at super hyphy but thats really about it. Yuk does shows but thats because he's one of the biggest artsts in the bay, right along with quinn. A-Wax has just got popular in the last couple of years, its unfair to compare him to b-la, yuk and quinn. The only rapper that does show on a constant basis is nickatina but how long has he been around for?

How many Eddie Projex and J Stalin shows have you seen that arent birthday parties?

Federation, Mistah FAB and E-40 was at the bomb concert 2 years ago because they were hyphy artists. Those are the type of shows that are being booked/

My point was that they do shows... its not about how many.. i didnt say they all headline shows or do shows on the regular.. whether its opening up for somebody or as an act its still a show.. And i be seeing hella flyers with nobody ass rappers.. If cats like immortal technique and nickatina (as far as his content) can do shows awax can 2.. But if his manager already stated that shows aint his thing then thats that.. but its not like awax couldnt get booked for shows..
