Both of them are running neck and neck. I could see an argument being made more for Brady because he has more rings and has performed better in the playoffs throughout his career. But if you asked me who I would want running my offense I'd choose Peyton Manning. I think both are deep and a case can be made for both.

I think the fact that this is going on in the "salary cap era" is a pretty big deal. Best QB and WR records in history. Best offense in history. I don't think the 72 dolphins played a 16 game season either. But they got the record and the stats. I still fuckin hate the Pats and wish I was alive in the 70s to watch the Steelers, but all that shit aside, yes this is probably gonna be the best team in history. Offensively at least.
The ONLY argument that can be made for Brady is he has more rings and a better playoff record. You have to remember Brady has always had a much better defense than Peyton Manning, and that helps enormously, especially in the playoffs. There's been many years when the Colts' defense was virtually non-existant and Manning still led them to success. Brady's doing big things this year, but Peyton has already had monster years like this in the past. People can be ignorant and say Brady has never had any good receivers, but that would be just, well, ignorant. He hasn't had any Randy Moss' in the past, but he's ALWAYS had receivers that run good routes, get open and catch. So fuck that lame argument. Give him the Niners' receiving corps.. THEN you could say he has nobody to throw to.
Yes, I'm sure Brady makes Randy Moss embarrass CBs and Safeties over the top. Brady makes the defense have to worry about Moss and Stallworth, then leave a LB on Welker. Second Brady only makes changes that a good quarterback such as himself Favre and other good signal callers should make, like noticing man coverage on the outside and taking advantage.

Well I have said why in previous threads and arguments! Trust me this aint the first thread that debated these two! I just hate to say over and over why hes better! But Ill give u taste!! Brady has done way more with less talent on offense for several years now, actually until this year to be frank! Brady never chokes in big games which Manning has in the past, even though he finally won it last year but it took him time!! Manning has always had great recievers and Brady hasnt until this year! And then u do have to look at the playoff success and rings obviously! I just dont think Manning can mess with Brady! I mean he is tight Im not sayin that but Brady is plainly better!! And for the record Manning has never had a season like this in his life!! His TD breakin season was good but nuthin like this!! So sorry fatalistic but keep trying!! Got Em!!!!
i always thought brady over manning simply cause the things manning did better (records, mvp) wasnt as sweet as wat brady does better (playoff/SB, SBMVP) and no matter what brady has proved himself way more than manning when it comes to big games. and everything that manning has accomplished with bringing his team 13-0 or td record for single season is about to get broke by who else tom brady. i never compared the 2 simply cause manning always had the better receivers and runningback, and he plays half the season guaranteed indoors with no wind or shitty weather while on the other hand brady has always been good without much of a receiving core just average players at times and usually without the better RB and he plays 11 games guaranteed outdoors with shitty weather at times and wind etc. and now u give him the same weapons to operate with with and look what he's doing. after this year IMO brady proved he's the better QB simply cause after this season he will have accomplished almost everything dynasty QB's wish to achieve in a career
I believe he was trying to prove his point (that Brady makes Moss). I see where he's gonna go with this, but it's not gonna work. It's not hard for even an average QB to put the ball up and let Randy Moss come up with the reception. Daunte Culpepper did it for years. Culpepper did not make Moss, Moss made Moss.
