On the late night tip when I can't sleep sometimes I run across full house or family matters or god knows what other old school shows. When they're on I get hooked and end up watching em.

i mostly watch channel 4 padres-mainly the baseball games, but some of their shows like one on one or forefront are sometimes cool, and sam the cookin guy

or ill watch telemundo for mexico soccer games and sometimes keep it on after the game to watch a little telenovela lightweight sex scenes and stuff

anthony bourdain no reservations and pbs frontline are probably my favorite shows on television

and as far as embarrassing...i watch home and garden tv SOMETIMES. dont know why, but sometimes i get hooked on finding out what house the young couple are going to choose to buy
