1. Mike E. Clark is STRONGLY affiliated with Psy.
2. That would mean he would do more of Prozak's beats.
3. Psychopathic doesn't really let it's artists do what they want (especially not as freely as ICP and Twiztid).

I'm pretty sure he was arguing that Psychopathic would take more creative control than Strange does.

Think somebody who went to one of the recent ICP dates mentioned Dayton Family talkin about signing to Psy in some capacity. It would be interesting to see them and/or Prozak on there (even more so, if they'll be on Psy or on Hatchet House).

I think the Prozak business is going to be a drawn out event. I just see Prozak waiting things out, and I think dropping Prozak would be a poor business move on Stranges part. (Although I have no OFFICIAL numbers on his sales), I would imagine Prozaks following allows him to get somewhat decent sales. So regardless I think Prozak will weigh his options before moving.
