I mean.....

If you're just starting out and you can only afford to get the Mickey Mouse gear....that's cool. Shit....if people knew what I started out with 13 years ago.....ya'll would roll on the floor laughing. But I never ran around with my shit acting like it was some platinum material.....and that's what erks me about alot of cats these days. OK.....you're doing your thing.....that's cool....but it is what it is - AMATEUR! But people need to understand.....not everyone has got the gift!!!! People act like you have to give them props just because they can rhyme a couple words.....please. It takes YEARS to perfect your craft.....it takes hard work.....it takes dedication....it takes sacrifice.....it takes hustle.....it takes networking. And having some actual talent doesn't hurt! Holla at me in 10 years.....then we'll see where you're at.

It's like Young Vicious said...... "It's like somebody opened up the flood gates and let the wack in!" We even did a song about the shit.....it's called "THE PHRASE OF THE YEAR". And what's that???

I rap too!

But ive you got a studio mic you got a studiomic ive its $200 or $600, offcourse the one off 600 is beter. But you can record some good shit with the one of $200. And from that level i think equipment doesnt realy mathers that much. I mean ive you got skilz, you wil be noticed.

i think the moral of the story is that if you cant perform any functions at a professional level then you arent a pro and shouldt act like on, which i agree with 100% and thats why i dont act like on....but my shit really dosnt stink though.

You just reminded me, I'm gonna have to come in at Tuesday at 3:00am for some recording/light mixing... I think we'll be using one of your beats, not one you made, but one you paid for from some other producer.

Oh, and I'm probably gonna need a ride, I'll call you about 30 minutes before we're scheduled to start and tell you to come pick me up.

I also burnt a copy of your shit from Doug... great job!!!
only difference here is YOU'RE ALREADY INVITED...
...you just never call... WTF?!
