LOL..CHECK THIS OUT...I JUST FOUND ANOTHER PIC IN A TEEN ANGELS MAG OF SOME MORE MUTTS...THIS TIME THEY FROM ALTA ST. EAST SIDE....TAGGED ON A WALL IT SAYS "V.ALTA ST. X4 NORTE" AND A BIG BULLDOGS ACROSS THE TOP...AND ONE FOOL IS THROWIN UP A "ONE FOUR"....WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS SHIT!!! WISH I WOULD'VE SEEN THIS EARLIER I WOULD'VE POSTED THAT PIC TOO.....SHIT IS CONFUSING ME!!!

IT'S A MAGAZINE....PEOPLE SEND IN POEMS, ART, PICS AND OTHER THINGS THAT GET PUBLISHED IN IT...TWO ISSUES COME OUT EVERY FEW MONTHS...95% OF IT IS GANG ART AND GANG PICS...FOOLS HITTIN UP THERE HOODS, SETS AND ETC. MOSTLY SURENOS...THERE USE TO ME A LOT OF NORTE PICS IN THERE IN EARLY ISSUES BUT LATELY IT'S NOTHIN BUT SUR SHIT...THERE'S EVEN GANGS FROM CHICAGO IN THERE...
Why would Norte even want to put their pics up in the same place wit the other side? That shit was cool when we was kids, but people take that shit far and share things wit the whole wide world they don't need to. Why make it easy for 50 to try to put a conspiracy gang enhancement on you in a published spot?
We ought to try publishing a lot of fictional stories & movies wit just made up Norte characters for real. Our free speech wit stuff like those magazines is really way too threatened cuz authorities tryin to take those magazine photos serious in court to add enhancements. Let the scraps get that.
I'd personally rather really not see any homies puttin they faces where they obvious to enemies anyway. I ain't afraid to show my face like Iam all shy, but on the reals I like to sneak up completely unexpeckted, making my enemies "cry me a river" like that crazy window smashing N-synch a bitch foo...LOL.

Damn let me take my memory back to 92-93. I was living in what now is considered the East Side of Fresno. It may be a long reply but I feel that this may clear up some confusion. (even though honestly I lived thru it and I am still confused with mutts).
It was like me and 15 homeboys which was a small street but we all kicked it. We all banged Illinois street F-14. This was back in the late eighties. at that time F-14 didnt mean bulldog or anything. It meant that you were a norteno from FRESNO.
N E ways we ran with a couple of streets around the east but mainly kept to ourselves, there was a lot of shooting and fighting over streets back then.
Then streets started joining together to fight other streets. I mean literally Illinois and I think it was Mckinzey st. started kicking it which was unheard of cause we had fallen homies on both sides that were killed by both streets. I swear I couldnt understand why I was asked to run with them by the veteranos. but I listened to them and kept it cool with Mckinzey. We would always war with the East Side. I didnt get it till I went to juvenille hall.
I learned there that older homies from Fresno were causing problems in the pennitentaries. I learned that some fools from Fresno didnt carry out orders from Higher Powers and back stabbed some San Jo enes. I also learned that those fools always caused problems in the pen and that they specifically claimed F-14, which meant Fresno norte. They felt that Fresno was so big and bad ass that they didnt need to take orders from higher powers that never been to Fresno. The problem that they were causing in the pen amplified with the defiance and back stabbing of some Fresno ene's. This act lead them to virtually say fuck it we arent Norte N E more we stand alone, fuck it I am F-14. I aint norte or sur I am F-14. so it wasnt like they were like I am still norte, they just kept their name F-14 since they already gained a rep from it in the pens as disloyalists.
In juvenille hall it seemed like everyone from the East side was sticking with the name F-14 in their varrios. I swear fools had famero birds and stars tatted on them were in juvi saying fuck norte F-14. shit had me confused. I came out angered by this and put all past hatred with other streets and joined them in claiming Fresno Norte No mas. (Fresno only norte) It wasnt an offical gang but it was enes that saw what would happen in the future and tried to keep F-14 to a minimum. It was hard since the East side was the most populated with cholos and the most Veteranos were there. It seemed like all the nortenos 16 and up in the early 90's in the east side kept choosing to claim F-14 and other loyal enes quickly droped F-14.
You see in Fresno in 93 if you were claiming F-14 that meant that you knew that F-14 was causing shit in the pens with norte and that sur had red lights for you in the pen. the reason sur had red lights (protection) for F-14's is cause they knew that it would weaken norte in the pen. It also meant that you were a bulldog. which at that time period meant you felt that F-14 could stand alone and that it was a nation of cholos from Fresno that didnt have to pay taxes or answer to sur or norte.
On the streets in the early 90's nortenos would war with F-14 bulldogs. There was so much confusion cause F-14's had the advantage of having norteno tatts so they could lie about their affiliation to suit their surrondings.
Now to explain the picture (remember keep the 93 year mentality I gave you above) F-14 east side was meant to show nortenos that knew, that they were growing and that they were separating. They wore red shorts and flue shoes to show that they weren't norte or sur. now that norte scratched in confuses me still I have no explaination for that. like I said in 93 F-14 meant that you were not norte any more.
maybe the mutt was lit when he sent it out he scratched the wronog grafitti on it???????????????????????

a little off subject but around 93 norteno's were sensitive with 14. I swear we all had the mutual understanding that 14 was for mutts since it was in their name, so we would use xiv or x4 instead. once mutts went by the name bulldogs and stopped using F-14 we became less sensitive to 14. Now though if some one says "whats up dog" that really angers us. just added it to clear shit up.

Iam running into some confusion about some East Bay sets who throw up their version of the "F" meaning something completely other than Fresno. Do most people somehow assume all the "F" signs belong to Fresno, cuz some people here were getting it all twisted like those East Bay doods were doin something real strange like tryin to be mutts even tho they hate on the word dog.
