If you don't want to watch that 10 minute video, it pretty much describes what they can do with the HAARP project... which can cause earthquakes, and pressure changes here on Earth... You might think that this is some kind of bullshit conspiracy theory, but it's actually scientific fact... I just hope that's not what's happening now, because several countries have this technology...
