like he wasn't doing it already, you cant honestly believe his artists lynch & stevie stone suddenly got mtv.com coverage after he met with lil wayne by accident, tech himself could have got that coverage without coming out of pocket, no way his artists did tho

I'm pretty sure any independent artist is paying out-of-pocket to get on MTV, or get coverage. That's part of how they make money, and it's beyond MTV, it goes with the radio, and other media outlet. If you're not part of a bigger label, which is usually subsidiary of a bigger mass-media conglomerate you're left on the short-side of things.
