Actually, you'll go to jail before anybody distributing it will.

Since you were under 17, the law states that no matter the consent of the parties involved, you will go to jail for violating child pornography laws, because you are knowingly distributing an illegal substance.

It doesn't take away from Joey's part in all of it, but you're just as guilty for posting a pic of your naked upper half underage.
