Lol...He's far from a bitch or pussy. Pacquiao first denied taking the test which drew controversy. He finally agreed to unlimited urine testing and at least three blood test.
The first test was planned for this past January and the second test was planned for 30 days before the fight and the last test RIGHT AFTER the fight. Mayweather's camp was still not satisfied.
Pacquiao has never failed a drug test his whole professional career.
