Why don't U explain these Crimes in Latin America....As far as Sanctions....U.N. approved and why lift Sanctions on a dictator who breaks the rules that bind him 2 those Sanctions. Saddam is at fault 4 the Deaths of those people, not the U.S. , keep lookin' 4 a scape goat, U got no legs 2 stand on.
