No it dont have shit to do with the devil. From what I remeber the name came from they neighborhood.

I read something on them about 10 years ago..Lord Infamous came up with the name...they nemed themselves that because they wanted a name that represented something HARD...the HARDEST thing out...whats harder than ther hardest murderer,gangster, or whatever?The devil...
