^^ oh fa sho...i dunno how i 4got that shit..one of the tightest as well...the whole album is a classic fa sho..but DEATH AROUND THE CORNER is some of the deepest craziest spitz ive ever heard...

i jumped online just to bring up that album right there, i was just listening to str8 ballin. That album was more or a group album, but i think tupac shined on that shit so much, it's more like a pac album with features on it because of that. the production was solid on that album too. pour out a lil liquor is a damn good song, i still listen to both of those songs on the daily.

I can definitely see the connections NEWARKKILLA4NIA is drawing between Woodie and 2Pac...both talk about life, their joy, their pain...what I like about both rappers is their ability to talk about issues without sugar-coating them or exaggerating. For example both of 'em rap about living dangerously but in the same verses you can tell that the consequences are right around the corner. Compare that with other rappers whose lyrics are full of diamonds, expensive cars and lavish living 24/7, it's an adolescent fantasy and I can't identify with it.
