Fuck the Mets. The other 3 games we shouldve and couldve won.
We were ahead in 2 of those other games.. shaky pitching and some defense cost us the series. As well as bad game calling (not calling strikes, calling a couple runners safe when they were clearly out in the replays, Bengie Molina being called out when he didnt swing on a pitch that hit him)

Cant argue that the Dodgers are better than us, but usually when we play eachother that goes out the door. Ask anyone, the games are up for grabs no matter how shitty the other team is.

while some of that is true, not calling strikes gives the hitter another chance, calling that runner safe at 3rd base or 2nd base when stealing, gives them a runner in scoring position that shouldnt have been there in the first place. I will give the mets this tho, they are a fast team, good hitting team AND figured out our pitchers, when to steal and not. BUT they also shouldnt get extra help.
But the Giants scored 18 runs, versus the Mets' 24 runs, thats not a huge margin and ass whooping like CZAR claims. And we are the suckier team too, which makes it all that funnier.

Everytime they do those top rivalry shows whether on ESPN, Fox Sports etc.. and they have the biggest rivalry top 10 list: The Yankees/Red Sox is usually either 1 or 2 on that list!! And thats in all of sports not just baseball!! Get a clue mane!! The Midgets/Dodger rivalry cant fuck with the Yankee/Red Sox rivalry!! I could care less though!!
