Wheeler receives 2010 deal for $3.3 million

Zack Wheeler signed a 2010 deal, Giants VP Bobby Evans tells me via text. That means he won’t make his professional debut until next season. He’ll work out in Arizona until minor league seasons end and then he’ll participate in the fall instructional league.

The Giants signed all of their first 17 picks.
