thats what i heard.. the chicanos in central cali and parts of san jose talk like the chicanos from east los or whittier and the san fernando valley and the chicanos in the bay talk like the chicanos in west los,south los,south central,watts,compton saying nigga this nigga that.the diff is once you hit the pen you gotta leave the black talk behind and chicanos upnorth dont have to.
