But for real, I also think that 25 years is a bit extreme in some of these 3 strikes cases (specifically the ones involving petty theft). There was a case some years ago about a guy who got the 25 years cuzz he stole a piece of pizza (I'm not sure if it was intentional, or he really forgot to pay for it :confused: ). But damn, 25 years over a piece of $1.25 pizza? Come on now. Don't the taxpayers have better criminals to support?

If the doode was a celeb, he would have gotten 25 days of community service. Shit how many times has Robert Downey Jr been in trouble with the law. Maybe it is different for multiple drug offenders, but u get my point...

25 days is too damn harsh for minor offenses, Fuck 3-strikes...!
