24th street garden block

I'm not talking shit I only went down there because I had court and I had nothing to do afterwards. Wasn't even a big deal I expected to look like an oakland hood but looked kind of suburbian to me. I'm from a shitty ass area myself I'm almost 30 that stuff really doesn't matter but its the most famous block in sac imo so I wanted to see it
I see where this dude is coming from though. You go to a lot of areas in the south and west sides of chicago and you know where youre at. Buildings are falling apart, apartments are boarded up, burnt up interiors of buildings, lots of closed vacant stores and buildings. Then you got some areas where there are newer buildings and looks basically like any other neighborhood and you wouldnt have any idea the type of place youre really at if you dont know the area.
No it was the garden block my uncle and cousin are familiar with and listened to the same shit I did. It was a custody hearing for my family so we hung out afterwards. It doesn't matter I was only asking if they redevolped the area or something because it didn't look as bad as I expected based on all the music.
lmao skid row in downtown la is the grimiest shit no doubt. i remember leaving a club once at around 2am and we were trying to find the freeway to go east i saw some shit that was out of a movie. i still to this day don't know if i was trippin or not but there were just about 80 homeless/junkies/hookers on both side of the street walking around, there were no street lights or nothing. it's pretty trippy in the morning too.
