Did they rebuild it and make it look nice since the 90's? I had to go to court in sacramento last week so I thought for shits and giggles id drive down 24th street to see where the music came from. Seemed like a fairly decent area. The apartments had cut grass houses looked normal. I seen some graffiti but that's it. It was early though so its hard to tell.

I'm not sure of the name of the apt's but they were gated had trees and fresh cut lawns then some semi recent track homes. I wasn't driving it was my uncle and cousin from elk grove who told me what was what. I was just curious to see the area since I heard it on every song I listened to in high school lol
meadowview and the gardens doesn't really look hella turfed out but there is alotta shootings there,and some streets have been re done, they built brand new 2 story houses around the corner from meadowview park and the city is planning on a new development in the huge empty field south of meadowview.
MOST HOOD ARE NOTHING LIKE THEY WERE SINCE THE 90'S. I SEEN CITIES TEAR DOWN SECTIONS AND RENAME THE AREAS OR STREETS, GANGS WOULD CLAIM.
BUT TO BE HONEST GOING THROUGH A GHETTO,VARRIO,TURF,OR WHATEVER YOU WANNA CALL IT. DURING THE DAY, IS LIKE GOING TO THE STRIP CLUB AT LUNCH TIME. YOU MIGHT SEE SOMETHING INTERESTING BUT NOT ALL THE GOOD STUFF
