49ers coach Jim Harbaugh complained about the absence of a holding or interference call on the fourth-and-goal play that didn’t result in a potential game-winning touchdown catch by receiver Michael Crabtree. And regardless of whether Jim Harbaugh went far enough to warrant a fine from the league office (he probably didn’t), he needs to remember that it was that same kind of non-call that helped put his team in the Super Bowl in the first place.

Two weeks ago, as the Falcons were driving for a potential NFC title-winning touchdown, a fourth-down play resulted in an incomplete pass to receiver Roddy White due in large part to the fact that linebacker NaVorro Bowman admitted to some “pulling and tugging” of White.

Jim Harbaugh is smart enough to realize that, in those situations, the flags stay a little deeper in the officials’ pockets. His team benefited from that dynamic to get to the Super Bowl, and his team was harmed by it in the Super Bowl.

Regardless, that’s football — and it’s incumbent on any coach when calling plays in crunch time and any quarterback throwing the passes to realize that in close cases of pulling and tugging the refs won’t be pulling or tugging the laundry out of their pants

Kaep wasnt a rookie this year. And if he was he would have won ROY. We will seea few more super bowls in the next 5 years. No shame in our season at all. there can only be 1 winner and the ravens handled their business....

Pitchers and catchers report soon...... On to the next!
Didn't say he was.... I'm just sayin one of ur 9er buddies before in this thread try to imply that Ravens weren't prepared for the Pistol offense when RG3 plays in the same thing, like RG3 ain't about his and Kap was. Even if it was last year and RG3 n Kap came out the same year, RG3 would of most likely came out ROY with the same stats! Kap is good but you ain't gonna down grade RG3 just cuz Kap is in the Superbowl. We've beaten both the last 2 Super Bowl champs but doesn't amount to shit if you ain't winning the Lombardi, just sayin!

Roddy white was within the 5 yards and the ball wasnt in the air. The Crabtree play in the END ZONE was not anything close to the same. Come on. Even a niner hater can see that a mile away.
i was watchign the game with 3 raider fans, a cowboy fan, a seahawks fan, a steeler fan and 2 rams fans, all of them agreed with it and thought it was complete bullshit

props though H @heyzel , youre the only Ravens fan on here that has been around and supporting for a long ass time. We had the chance to win it but we made mistakes that buried us, the officiating mistakes are what drove the nail in the coffin.

I have no hate or animosity towards the Ravens, ive liked them for awhile, but my allegiance is with the Niners. I dont like Ray Lewis, he tarnished his legacy with all of the God and religious shit, yes Jesus forgives, but dont be killing, lying, snitching then taking banned substances and acting like youre gods son.
it was a good game & I almost had a heart attack watching it but that power outage fuck up the whole flow of the game

Gueroloco @Gueroloco RG3 was hurt down the stretch. I expect the skins to ball and see at least the 2nd round of the Play offs next year.
I respect that Dutch..... Kap is good as well and gives you a new added dimension that Smith didnt, you guys will be up there years to come. I just wanted to reply to homie that wanted to down play RG3 as being pretty much inferior to CK7! Wasn't knockin the 9ers at all, well only the undefeated part ONLY cuz many of my 9er homies n fam like to bring it up! IMO I'd rather be playing in the bowl vs winning the ROY, but can't take away the accomplishment of winning the the award at least!

Kap wouldn't have won rookie of the year if he was a rookie he didn't even start the whole season.
And? Voting ended this week for ROY. His team went the furthest and his team had the best record of the 3 qb's. He set rushing records in the playoff while the voters still could vote. Dont be naive. If kaep was a rookie he would have been EXTREMELY high on the list. But he wasnt a rookie so we will end this argument as bullshit because we will never know the outcome... And It doesnt matter. RG3 was a fine pick!

I left to the city expecting some cracken ass shit to go down win or lose, and all I got was a bunch of butthurt bandwagoners instead of pissed off diehards. What a fuckin shame.

Even the local slut was too sad to let me dick her down
