edit: yes u can namo. all that matters is the guy from third scoring on a sac fly. a deep fly ball will win the game. sac flies don't work if there are two outs, but since they have no outs, they can do that

and yeah the announcers sucked off Verlander the whole game and acted like Gray was a little baby who couldn't handle anything. "im surprised he's not more nervous, his composure is really something." if it were any other team they'd be sucking off Gray, but since it's the A's, its like a meek, dick-tucked (no Kafani) 'compliment.'

also, yes fuck CB Bucknor to no end. u can totally feel that the league wants the Tigers to win, for whatever reason, and did everything they could to make sure that would happen.



The momentum is now in the A's hands. Two one run games, one of them against the best pitcher in the majors, and yes they're coming up against Anibal Sanchez, but some of the pressure is off and the A's can settle down and start hitting better in Detroit.
