This is why i'm pissed off

The USA has the highest percentage per capita of incarcerated people in the entire world. .

It's showing why our FOR PROFIT jail and prison systems are so overpopulated

When its to the point, whether she was stupid or not, that she gets thrown in our overpopulated jail system for an entire month for "back talk" it literally makes me sad for the state of our country. Tax payer funds flushed down the toilet on the whim of a power hungry judge. 'Murica

I'm with Icon on this one 100%. Of course the broad should have known that she was gonna get banged by the judge and shut the fuck up, but the point is that shouldn't be the case. Just because someone has the authority to fuck your shit up, doesn't mean they should use that authority because they feel personally insulted. Thats hoe shit. That judges job is not to fuck with people who hurt his feelings, its be to an arbiter of justice, and his punk ass should be fired for that, just like the pig in Rasan @Rasan 's story should be. Now we're all grownups here and know that aint gonna happen, but that doesn't mean it shouldn't happen.

Yeah, I'm not disagreeing with anyone who is saying she was stupid, she was. If it was me I would have answered his questions and been on my way. The point is what Smokin' said up there above. Is it that way? No. Will it probably ever be that way? No. But that doesn't mean what he did was right in any form because of that.

they asked her a question that she couldnt straight up answer cuz she prolly really didnt know exactly how much it was worth,and wuts that got to do with anything anywayz,those are her PRIVATE posessions,hell i dont even know how much my jewels are worth off top the head,thats something you would have to take to the jewlers and have weighed out to get an exact count,its no wonder homegirl was standing there looking like w t f?....and to end the situation,the dumb fuck judge says bye bye,..and all home girl said was adios?..uh correct me if im wrong but isnt that bye also?...the way i see it the judge abused his authority more then wut she actually,supposibly,disrespected!...so wut she do?,..she stood up for herself and defended herself,i would of done the same thing!...i actually commend that girl!..im glad she did that shit!...and yes that was an example of freedom of speech and expression and shouldnt of gotten that girl jail time,why,just cuz the judge didnt like it?...lol gtfo!...the judge should of just got pissed and been like "get out of here,i better not see u again in my courtroom" something to that effect,and should of been done wit it right there,but nooo,these fuckers are always out to abuse their authority and prove a point for nothing!...penelope gets my props!..she didnt fold to them!...the jail thing was too much,let alone wrong!..fuck the law!

Off topic, but do you know that when u put a comma you need to put a space afterwards? And when you end a sentence you don't need to put 3 or 4 periods? Also, you can end a sentence with an exclamation mark and a question mark without putting periods after them?

At the end of the day the judge is still right for what he did, even tho i dont respect the law and their systems, i do respect them when im up there talking to the judge. Im sayin fucc you in my head but at the same time im tryna get in and get out as quicc as possible. Thats whats this beezy should of done, just stfu and listen get your ticcet and gtfo!
