Im glad some people here think he deserved to be punched. After reading the first page I was beginning to think I was the only one.
Guy puts cones in the damn street so he can water his little garden. While he's retired, probably financially secure...well off enough to just sit outside on a Tuesday afternoon and water some plants. People don't have to put up with his cone in the street BS. You can't just start redirecting traffic. People have things to do, places to go, people to take care of. While this guy is just acting like there isn't a problem in the world with this garden hose.
Sucks that he died, but people die for much less.

Plain and simple, he didn't deserve to die, nor get socked like he did. That was just some cheap ass cowardly shit. I don't know how any of you can defend that shit. You have to remember that he's an older man, old people do wierd shit like that all the time. His intentions were just to obviously make the city look nicer by adding plants and watering them. As a young person, you should know better than to assualt a man like his type. This man was probably unaware of the annoyance he caused others because he's stuck in his own little retired mindset. In his own mind, he thought he was doing the community good. You gotta THINK before messing with older people like that because they just start loosing awareness over time on how society reacts to shit like that.
Best thing to do is call the fucking city and see if what he's doing is legal.

Man I have seen that shit happen a couple times out here, both times outside the club.
A couple years back this guy was trying to parallel park and not doing a very good job and this other guy on the street yelled some shit, the dude threw his car in park in the middle of the street, walked up to the dude that said something, and straight jacked him in the face. Well the dude fell back and hit his head on a brick ledge and died
The girlfriend of the dude who got socked jumped on the punchers back and started biting him in the face and neck and he body slammed her on the sidewalk.
And this was on a busy ass street (1st ave) in downtown Seattle. The crazy thing was hella people saw the puncher kickin it in another club down the street later.
