Actually, sir, I did a retail-ready album (i.e., Not a CD-R) in 2003 with my former group. They are sold out. We also did a mixtape in early 2004. After that, everything was dismantled, and, well, right now, I'm in Mexico. It wouldn't have made much sense to release something in May or June only to hop on a plane in August, now would it have?
You need to understand that there is a huge difference between some pathetic label that struggles to sell 1000 copies IN AN AREA OF TWO MILLION PLUS, and a semi-label that sold 500 copies IN A CITY OF LESS THAN TWENTY THOUSAND.
