^Yup, you'd think I'd be mad or crushed by this loss, but I'm not. Seattle didn't bring their A game throughout this whole game, but they didn't give up when they were down. I like that. I'm looking forward to next season to see what the Seahawks will bring to the table.
yeah totally worth it best sandwhich I had in years. did the math makes 8 sandwiches so comes out to about $6 each, plus there is a lot of meat leftover so probably can make about 2 more.
nfc west should be a better division next season, Rams were the most improved then Seahawks and your rookie coach will get better. If all the teams make good moves next season, it will be much stronger.
that game was some bitter medicine... awesome season tho. i cant wait for some big off season moves and see where we are next season. hopefully carroll and schneider trim some of the slack, and we keep this champion mentality as we move on
Okung was getting devoured by Peppers. I don't know if anyone else was paying attention, but I was watching this matchup since Peppers was lined up on Okung all game and Peppers openly states he picks on the weak link (left or right side). Watch this play as an example:
Okung doesn't give up the sack, but he's the guilty one there (matt turns to his left and it's a dead end, the pass is totally disrupted so he has to give up the sack). This isn't a play where Okung simply gets beat by some veteran trickery, he straight gets overpowered by peppers. We all know Peppers is a beast, but damn, he wrecked him there. And there were a number of plays just like that all game. Peppers' stats frequently don't reflect the impact he has on the field and sunday was no exception.
I know Okung has been battling injuries all season, but I hope he improves. It's crucial he does and that was probably very good learning experience right there.
