It’s in the middle and is closer to Nor Cal than it is to So Cal, and in Killa Tay’s prime time of his rap career he lived in the Bay and Sactown, so yes he was a part of Nor Cal rap.

He is from Fresno which is part of Nor Cal, and in his prime he was a part of Bay Area rap and Sac rap, more dope than Smoov-E and some of the other rappers you listed, you also forgot to include Guce on the list.

IMO, yes he is better and he has his own distinct sound of voice similar to how no other rapper sounds like Brotha Lynch.

Hollow Tip had a much bigger fanbase than Young Dre D, but no Hollow Tip on the list.

no Agerman/Killa Tay or Lunasicc/Luni Coleone on the list , what about Guce?...this list is missing a lot of good rappers.
